This week's challenge at Fantabulous Cricut is "I Scream for Ice Cream". You have to make a project with a cool treat (i.e., ice cream, popsicle, cold drink, etc.). I made an invitation card using "Sweet Treats" and "Celebration".
Recipe
Recipe
Materials
Cricut Cartridge: Sweet Treats
Sundae: 5.5"
Cricut Cartridge: Celebration
Phrase: 1.5"
Pop Dots
Adhesive
Black fine tip market
Stickles: Diamond
Cardstock: Brown, Pink, Beige, Robin blue
Directions
- Using the gypsy and sweet treat cartridge, I used the sundae at 5.5". I copied the image and flipped it vertically.
- Then I welded the two images and cut it.
- I cut the layers, adhered to the card
- Stickled the phrase
- On the inside, I hand wrote the information of the invitation card.
This was such a fun project to do. I loved using my gypsy, it made making the card a lot quicker.
